I’ve found myself in a cooking rut and by that I mean that I’m cooking essentially the same things every week. So today I’m going to try to change things up and get inspired to make new things!
I made some healthy snacks for my goddaughter’s birthday party as well as some cupcakes for the kids! I made lean beef meatballs, mini chicken kebabs and the cupcakes are dairy free.

Both of my parents are ill and I’m extremely busy today, so I thought I’d make some soup to help them get better. I looked in my cupboard and the thought of having just a tinned soup sickened me. So I put the tinned soup in the slow cooker and added seasoned Mexican vegetable and whole tomatoes. I seasoned it with garlic, chili powder and basil. It smells amazing
I always make curry on Thursdays because my boyfriend comes over and it’s our weekly tradition. For this curry I’m going to use tikka masala paste and coconut milk instead of a jar of sauce
